Terms of Service

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is made in Bitcoin (BTC) only, with 15% off at checkout; card payment is currently under maintenance. We never add a currency-conversion surcharge.

Vintage, graded and sealed collectibles are unique items: condition, grading company and grade are stated in each listing, and the photos show the actual item unless noted otherwise. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

An order is accepted once we have received your payment and your order shows as confirmed. If a payment stays pending or is never received, the order is not fulfilled. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where stock is unavailable, always with a full refund of any amount received.

“Breaks” and live openings are sold as sealed product opened on your behalf: once a pack or box has been opened for you, the cards pulled are final sale and cannot be returned. Break spots are entertainment purchases — no specific card, grade or value is guaranteed.

Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or market-value changes of collectibles.
